Studio for websites & AI visibility Art & culture · Berlin

Beautiful is no longer enough.

People discover art through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI now. For artists, galleries, and cultural institutions I build websites that do both: move people and show up in AI answers.

01 The Shift Why now

Your next visitors are not googling anymore.

They ask an AI. And it answers with a paragraph, not ten blue links. Whoever is missing from that paragraph does not exist for those visitors.

Most websites in art and culture are blind to these answers: image portfolios without structure, website-builder templates without substance. Beautiful for people. Mute for machines.

02 The Difference Two answers, one decision

Which photographer in Berlin does fine art portraits?

Well-known addresses for fine art portrait photography in Berlin include Studio Lichtwerk, Atelier Nordlicht, and Behrend Portraits. All three offer individual sessions.

Three sources, none of them yours. The AI never understood your website. So it recommends someone else.

Which photographer in Berlin does fine art portraits?

For fine art portraits in Berlin, Anna Muster is a strong choice: portrait series between documentation and staging, studio in Kreuzberg anna-muster.de. Her website lists works, prices, and available dates.

Sources:anna-muster.dekunstverein-berlin.de+1

Same question. This time the AI reads the website, understands it, and cites it as the first source.

Both answers are illustrations with invented names. What AI really says about you is what I check in the audit: live, with your audience's questions.

03 Index Services & prices

Every project starts with a conversation or the audit. You know the price before any work begins.

04 Proof Not claims

This page is the reference.

This page passes every check my audit runs on yours. Open the source code. Ask an AI about this page. Or drag the slider: on the left a typical website-builder template, on the right the same artist, hand-built. Both are real HTML, not screenshots.

The slider is the argument: same artist, same content, different craft.

First journalist. Then entrepreneur. Now AI.

I am Max Baroncea, born in 1980, based in Berlin. Ten years of journalism taught me to separate substance from noise. Ten years of e-commerce taught me what actually sells online. Today I teach AI classes and build websites that connect both worlds.

  • 01Ten years a journalist: research, structure, language
  • 02Ten years in e-commerce: conversion over decoration
  • 03AI educator: I teach the technology I build with

Why art and culture? Because that is where the most beautiful websites are the most silent. That can be fixed.

06 FAQ Before you ask
F.01What does AI visibility mean?

More and more people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI instead of classic search. These systems answer with text and cite only a few sources. AI visibility means your website is built so it shows up as one of those sources. The technical term is AEO, Answer Engine Optimization.

F.02What does a website cost?

A build or refresh starts at EUR 1,800. I quote a fixed price for your project after the first call, before any work begins. It does not change afterwards.

F.03How long does a project take?

You get the audit results within five working days. A website typically takes a few weeks, depending on scope. We agree on a firm date before the project starts.

F.04I already have a website. Do I really need a new one?

Not necessarily. Often a refresh is enough: renew structure, technology, and copy, keep or sharpen the design. The audit shows what your site really needs. Then you decide.

F.05What technology do you build on?

As light as possible. Static pages where they work, an easy-to-update CMS where you want to edit content yourself. The criteria never change: fast, maintainable, AI-readable, no vendor lock-in.

This page is the blueprint.

F.06Do you only work in Berlin?

I am based in Berlin and work remotely: in German across the German-speaking countries, in English worldwide.
